The core menu offers a broad lineup of classic home-style favorites, including pork kimchi, ginger pork, sauteed chicken, karaage fried chicken, and fish dishes. The pork kimchi is seasoned with a clean, low-sweetness profile and pleasant heat that pairs effortlessly with rice. Crisp, oversized pieces of karaage and thick slices of pork chashu braised in sweet-savory soy sauce are also reliable crowd-pleasers.
